Poṣaṇa (po-shuh-nuh) is a Sanskrit word meaning to nourish, to support.

This is the foundation and heart of our wellness brand. At Poṣaṇa, ancient traditions and modern nourishment come together to support your mind, body, and soul while fueling your day and promoting holistic well-being from the inside out. Each item we offer - beginning with our organically grown Japanese matcha and our micronized creatine monohydrate - is carefully crafted, thoughtfully sourced, and third-party tested to ensure the highest quality.

A little bit about our first two offerings…

Matcha is clearly a superstar and has found the global spotlight - very much deserved. From a wellness lens alone, matcha is absolutely incredible. Just one spoonful = 𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙩𝙨 - think laser focus, long-lasting calm energy (hello L-theanine!), powerful antioxidants that support cellular health (hello EGCG!), skin benefits (we see you, chlorophyll!), and overall wellness thanks to vitamins, minerals, and all of the above working together!

Our ceremonial (first harvest) matcha is stone-ground, organically grown, and sourced from Shizuoka, Japan. It’s cultivated using eco-friendly farming practices and produced in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. We are truly grateful to the farmers in Japan who cultivate this nourishing plant that we all love and enjoy so much!!

Creatine is also taking center stage - and it’s about time!! Once thought of as a “gym bro” supplement, creatine is now widely recognized as an incredibly valuable wellness tool for everyone, especially women as we age.

Our creatine monohydrate is micronized for better absorption and is third-party tested, just like our matcha. Some of what we love about creatine:

Poṣaṇa is a female-founded brand, shaped by our founder’s own personal health journey. The products we offer - and those we will offer in the future - are reflective of what we use in our own daily rituals and what has been deeply impactful in our own lives.
