Payments are due at checkout using the methods provided on our website.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (even though we hope we never have to). This might happen if there’s a pricing error or if we detect suspicious activity.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to process and ship your order within 5/7 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier's schedule, so please bear with us if there are delays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your total.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
While we’re not responsible for delays or lost packages, if anything goes wrong, please reach out—we’ll do everything we can to assist.
5. Returns and Refunds
Matcha Products:
Since our matcha is a food-grade product, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless it arrives damaged or defective. If something isn’t right, just let us know within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll sort it out! The matcha must be unopened and in its original packaging for a return to be processed.
Frother:
We want you to love everything about your Posana experience—including our frother! If it’s not working as expected, we are so sorry. We’ll cover the return shipping and make things right. For any other returns, the frother must be in its original condition and packaging, and return shipping will be your responsibility.
How to Report an Issue with Your Order
If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here for you!

Include your order details and a short description of the issue.
If possible, attach a photo—this helps us resolve things quickly.
We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and work to make things right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Opened matcha products can’t be refunded unless there’s a quality issue, but we’ll always do our best to help where we can.

Everything on Posana.net—our product descriptions, images, graphics, and logos—belongs to us. Please don’t use or reproduce any of our content without our permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
