Salted Caramel Matcha Latte

Salted Caramel Matcha Latte 🍵🧸🤎

📣 Warning: this latte may cause extreme happiness, instant calm, laser focus, and a moment of ahhhhhhh, exhaling any stressful BS with every sip. ✨ Maybe we should call it “therapy in a cup.” Who couldn’t use a little bit of that right now?!

That calm feeling matcha is so famous for comes from L-theanine, an amino acid naturally found in tea leaves. The tea leaves used to make matcha are shade-grown before harvest, which increases their L-theanine content. L-theanine is known for promoting relaxation by increasing calming brain wave activity and influencing neurotransmitters like GABA, dopamine, and serotonin.  Just another reason to love your matcha ritual!

This delicious salted caramel matcha latte was created by someone very special in our Poṣaṇa community: our friend Aliyah of @espresso.archives on Instagram. She is an absolute artist when it comes to her latte (and pastry) recipes - we’re obsessed with everything she makes and highly recommend following her to bring all of your home café dreams to life!

What we love most about Poṣaṇa is the community that’s grown around it.  Seeing how you use and share our products in real life, through your daily rituals and favorite recipes, is everything to us!!

If you make this latte, we would LOVE to see it! Tag @posanalife and @epresso.archives on Insta. We hope you love it as much as we do! Recipe👇!
